Before we founded Swipe Circus, we asked us the following questions: Why should I move for a job? Why should I move my center of life? And why should I even discard plans I have?
We firmly believe that digital products can be created digitally. Physical reunions does not come up to short with us, of course. The entire Swipe Circus comes together again and again for productive workshops, creative ideation rounds and intensive off-sites.
Is our illustrator currently working from the sunny Barcelona? Is our developer at home with her parents right now? And has one of our designers just rented a timber chalet in Denmark for 4 weeks with his dog? – Perfect!
Everyone is where they want to be. Thus, they are motivated and can choose the environment in which they want to work best.
